Welcome to my new site!

Hello. My name is Solomon Rodgers.

I'm 11 years old and I'm a composer and an author. On this website you will find a story I am writing a story which is unnamed but really awesome.

I will post one chapter a week so that you can read it. Also, you may hear my music that I have created on my computer using Garage Band. I have at least 14 songs that will be shown. I live in Vancouver, B.C, Canada and was born in Oxford, England.

Below, you will be able to read my thrilling story. You may skip to the next chapter on the margin on the left. Enjoy my site and good day. I am writing a surprise story also, but it doesn't have a name yet. It will be released when I've finished it. I welcome you to a new site called Solomon Rodgers: Composer & Author.

Bruce The Moose

Solomon Rodgers

    Bruce the moose was a friendly chap,

who liked to play, rest or read a map.

But one day,

when he was out eating grass,

something went BOOM!

and BOSH and BASH!

Then along came another moose,

and his name was bobby and he said

“ What are you standing in the grass for?!”

He cried, “What a disgrace! You must feel frightened inside!”

In the middle of his sentence he stopped and said,

“ Over there are the things that squish you flat dead!”

“ What?” said Bruce passing the time.

“ Oh, whatever!” said Bobby with a little whine

He gallopped away with another bunch of moose

crying, “ THE HUNTERS ARE COMING, THE HUNTERS ARE COMING!”BOOM, went another noise with a flock of birds,

“Hunter... hunter...” Bruce kept on muttering theese words.

“I wonder what a hunter is?”

So Bruce crept away,

away from the herd!

   So he trotted closer and closer to this... unusual noise,

   And then he caught sight of some RAMPAGING BOYS!!!

   They were all wearing red fluffy things on there heads,

also carrying long, double holed, sticks in there hands when suddely one of them said, “ Alright Ricky, where are those stuipid moose?”

“I dunno,” said Ricky,

“Must av’ gone loose!”

   Bruce stepped up from the grass and shouted

“Here I am! Here I am! But are you sure you won’t kill me like Bobby said?”

“Well now that we have found you, we are going to have to shoot ya,!”said Ricky,“Now we are gonna do this thing civilized ok? Now don’t get picky!”

Bruce ran in alarm as the hunters shot at him,

and promised himself he’d never wander off again.
